Enquiry & Specification
Tell us what you need: garment type, quantity, logo, and any existing brand guidelines. If you don't have a digitised logo file, we handle that as part of the process.

Digitising & Costing
Your logo is digitised specifically for embroidery. We calculate stitch count, stabiliser requirements, and machine time to produce an accurate quote — not an estimate that shifts once production starts.

Approval
You receive a clear quote and a visual proof before anything is sewn. Production begins only once you've confirmed both.

Production
Your order is embroidered to specification, with your thread colours, placement, and density held on file for consistency on any future reorder.

Quality Check & Delivery
Every item is checked before it leaves us. What you approved is what you receive.
